Kappa benefits from autonomous and seamless marketing activation, thanks to Dinmo.

Client Context

Kappa, a Better & Stronger client since 2022, was previously using another CDP on the market. However, pricing changes — from a free plan to an annual fee of several tens of thousands of euros — led to a strategic reassessment.

The challenge

The client faced two critical challenges:

  • Aligning data: establishing a single source of truth to power both marketing segments and reporting, ensuring consistency between analysis and activation.

  • Migrating quickly to a new CDP: ensuring a fast transition of all connections without losing activations or interrupting media and email campaigns, which are essential to their business.

The solution: DinMo

Within 4 months, we had put in place a strategy focused on optimizing the profitability of Japan Experience products.  By analyzing margins by product and by country, we highlighted to them that there were major differences, particularly in shipping costs. Our team therefore :

  • Ran ROAS campaigns, disaggregating profitability by country and product type

  • Reopened campaigns in 20 countries

  • Performed CRO audit & implementation to improve the website conversion rate and decrease cost of sale

The results :

In less than a week, they were able to get:

  • 23 migrated segments

  • 57 activations reconfigurations

  • 3 keys destinations connected: Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads

All for an annual cost that is much more competitive than the previous solution.

Since the solution was deployed in February 2024 : +20% in revenue while keepin the MER stable.

The next steps :

With a solid foundation in place, Kappa has now planned:

  • The integration of in-store sales data

  • New targeted email activations

  • A revamp of the segmentation to support the launch of new product lines and strategic partnerships.
